Question: Some say that the network-organisation al-Qâ’idah are Khawârij while others say that they are Mujâhidûn.

Shaykh al-´Abbâd: What, what?

Questioner: some say that the organisation of al-Qâ’idah of this time are Khawârij while others say that they are Mujâhidûn. What do you say?

Shaykh al-´Abbâd: Yes, they are Mujâhidûn upon the way of Shaytân (Satan).

Ibn Taymiyyah said: "It is however obligatory to condemn the one who shows his innovation unlike the person who covers it and hides it. Since it is obligatory to condemn this one, one does it for example by boycotting him until he refrains from showing his innovation. Ibn Taymiyyah: Some of those we met used to read at the moment when there is silence after every verse. Q: A man forgot the first Tashahhud. He then also forgot to make Sujud-us-Sahw. What should he do? al-Fawzan: If he remembers it shortly afterwards, he should do Sujud-us-Sahw even if it is after Taslim. Hisham bin Hassan: They mentioned humility in front of al-Hasan and he was silent until they talked a lot. He said: I see that you have talked a lot about humility.
